Ragtag Cinema Underwriting Program
What?
A rare opportunity for a maximum of 6 local businesses, each with category exclusivity:
- On screen: Prior to every film shown at Ragtag Cinema, a locally produced, 30-second bumper that conveys our mission to enrich our community through the art of film, followed with the message "Ragtag Programming Underwritten By..." followed by up to 8 underwriters' logos. More than 78,000 impressions over a 12-month period, based on average monthly ticket sales.
- Online: Your logo will be displayed on the home page of this site and on the Support page of our site (this page, see right column); both ad locations will provide a link to your site. Google Analytics: 239,838 visits from May 1, 2011 through April 30, 2012; 88,273 individuals visited ragtagfilm.com.
- In print: Logo recognition for your support is also included in our monthly newsletter, mailed to our members and distributed to the public at our box office. 2,000 copies each month.
When?
- Your logo will appear before every screening throughout the 12 months of this agreement. Average of 28 images per week or approximately 1,428 times per year.
- Your logo will be presented before every regular feature film playing at Ragtag, so that you will reach all of our diverse audiences.
- These bumpers will not appear during Citizen Jane or True/False screenings, or other special private screenings.
Who?
- Ragtag's average audience member is in the 45+ age demographic; many have graduate-level degrees and a generous disposable income.
- Ragtag's audience sizes vary, with capacities in our two theatres ranging from 65 to 135.
Why?
Ragtag Cinema is a 501c3 arts organization. We rely on community support from individual memberships, public and foundations, grants and corporate underwriting to fund our enriching and thought provoking programming. Your business can be a part of helping us to fulfill our mission to enrich the culture of our community through film.
How?
- A cash contribution of $5,000 will provide your business with this on-screen/online/print promotion for 12 consecutive months.
