On April 2, 2011, the acclaimed dance-punk band LCD Soundsystem played its final show at Madison Square Garden. Shut Up and Play the Hits is not just an energetic, well-edited presentation of that performance but also an intimate portrait of frontman James Murphy as he reflects on his decision to end the project.
