Lynn Shelton, the writer-director of Humpday, returns with a beautifully crafted exploration of sibling dynamics and grief. A year after the death of his brother Tom, Jack (Mark Duplass) is still an emotional wreck. After Jack breaks down at a memorial party, Tom's worried best friend Iris (Emily Blunt, The Devil Wears Prada) suggests he spend a few days resting in her family's getaway cabin. He arrives to find Iris' half-sister Hannah (Rosemarie DeWitt, Rachel Getting Married), who's dealing with a sudden, devastating break-up. After an awkward, blurry night of drinking, the two awake to find Iris in the cabin. Your Sister's Sister is a charming, disarming experience.
