Theater Rentals

An important component of our mission is to deliver films that educate and enhance the lives of individuals in our community. If your organization has a film that you wish to screen in our facility, we can work with you to make this happen.

Please contact our executive director, Tracy Lane, with the following information:

  1. At least two possible dates (must be at least 30 days advance notice) that would work for your organization to host a screening at Ragtag
  2. Title, format (DVD, 35mm, VHS, BluRay), year of release (if available), running time and subject matter of film. Do you have access to the film or do you need Ragtag to access it?
  3. Name of organization and contact information
  4. Public or private event? Will there be an entry fee, if so how much?

These details will help us to process your request in a timely fashion.

All theater rentals must occur at times that do not conflict with our regular programming. Available times are Monday through Thursday between 10am and 5pm. Regular Ragtag programming takes place from noon until close of business on Saturdays and Sundays, so weekend requests are unlikely to be accommodated.

Rental rates are $450 for the small theater (capacity 75) and $650 for the big theater (capacity 135).

Food and beverages for events at Ragtag are provided by Uprise Bakery. If you wish to have food/drinks at your event, please contact Carla@uprisebakery.com.
